Why are the rewards shipped from the US if Cartomancer variant are produced in Europe?

All the decks are assembled in Texas at Gambler’s Warehouse and all the produced items are delivered there for assembling and packing. Also, shipping from Europe is way more expensive than shipping from the US.

What is a REWARD?

The campaign has a list of “rewards” and you choose the one you prefer. If - for example - you take 2 decks and you want one more, you can add it on top of your pledge (see next FAQs to understand the ADD-ON).

What is an ADD-ON?

The add-on is an item that does not have its own reward. It is listed in the price-list and you can ADD it ON top of your pledge.

Last updated: March 28, 2018 15:54

How do I add a “ADD-ON item”?

You do the sum of your actual pledge + the price of the add-on. Example: you chose the reward with 2 decks and you also want the 2 uncut sheets. Look at the price-list and notice that the 2 uncut sheets cost 451 SEK shipping included. Push the button saying “MANAGE YOUR PLEDGE” and add 451 SEK: “amount of your pledge”+451. Confirm and it is done. I will get a notification and I will double check with you when is delivery time with a survey.

Can I add deck on top of my actual pledge?

Yes, but check the higher rewards because the price-per-deck decreases the more you decks you take. In any case, if you have 2 decks and you want an extra Cartomancer variant, look at the price list and do the sum: Example US backer: you have 2 decks for 330 and you want one extra Cartomancer: do 330+180=510. Your total pledge should be 510 SEK. Example Int.backer: you have 2 decks with int.shipping for 390 and you want to add one Cartomancer. Do 390+220=610. Your total pledge should be 610. Please notice that 4 decks with int.shipping included costs 650 sek.

Can the decks and the uncut sheets be signed?

Sorry but I can’t. All the items will converge to Texas and I live in Stockholm, Sweden. It is impossible for me to sign decks or the uncut sheets. The Gatekeeper will have the signature instead, because it is a very small quantity that I can manage here in my place. But they will be shipped to Texas to be packed with the other decks and then forwarded to you.

Reward list VS price list

I know it is confusing. The reward list is the pre-set list of rewards that you find on the right side of the page, the one you select when you back the project. The price-list is the image in that shows the prices in SEK, USD, EUR, GBP and you find it if in the campaign page, together with all the texts I wrote and the images I posted.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
